Business & Industry Associations as a Force for Good

As Australia prepares to update its Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) and finalize climate disclosure standards aligned with the ISSB, businesses face growing scrutiny over the alignment between their public sustainability commitments and the policy positions of the industry associations they fund.

This high-level session hosted by the Business Council for Sustainable Development Australia will introduce the WBCSD–Volans Playbook: Trade Associations as a Force for Good—a practical tool for assessing and managing association alignment with climate goals.
